Auraria Campus Year-End Celebration & Pop-up Experience: Join us to Celebrate and Share your Feedback, May 5-17

The Tivoli Student Union has long been a cornerstone of the Auraria Campus—its rich legacy evolving from a 19th-century brewery to a dynamic, student-centered hub. Today, we’re excited to share the next chapter in this story. 

From May 5–17, Auraria Campus is partnering with Peak Beverage to bring a limited-time pop-up bar experience to the brewery taphouse space.  

As the official bar service provider for Auraria Campus events and a leader in delivering engaging beverage experiences across Colorado, Peak Beverage is excited to deepen its partnership with Auraria. This expanded partnership opens the door for innovation, and Peak Beverage brings a fresh, flexible model that aligns with the campus’s vision for vibrant, inclusive community spaces. This pop-up is more than just a bar—it’s a chance to gather feedback and spark conversation about the future of the space on campus. This fall, Peak Beverage will introduce a distinctive full bar experience designed specifically for the campus community.  

The Auraria Campus remains committed to supporting a balanced ecosystem of vendors and providers across campus. This short-term pop-up is not only a two-week experience—it’s a pilot designed to explore new opportunities, gather campus feedback, and celebrate our shared space with a nod to its past and a toast to its future. This experience will help shape the vision for a vibrant, student-centered gathering space on Auraria Campus, with the potential for a full-scale, permanent bar concept launching this fall.
