In addition to general facilities support, Auraria Campus provides design and construction services to campus departments. Anywhere between 125-150 projects are going at a given time. Our construction services team is dedicated to helping ensure your project is a success from concept to completion. The projects we support fall into four categories:
- Capital Projects
- Controlled Maintenance
- Deferred Maintenance
- Remodels
Request an Estimate
To obtain an estimate for your project, submit an online work order. A project manager will meet with you to determine the scope of your project, learn about your project needs and wants, and discuss the design process.

Auraria Campus open and closed solicitations are now posted on the BidNet Direct site. In the spirit of continuous improvement, Auraria Campus partners with the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing Group to publish solicitations online. We began publishing our bid information on April 13, 2020. We hope that vendors find this system useful in expanding their visibility to the vast number of agencies that are part of the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing Group!
