ABOUT THE PROJECT
A new 33,000 square foot facility to house the Auraria Campus Police Department, Criminal Justice program classrooms and labs, and a 24-7 campus community space including study areas and student lounges.
It will provide the Auraria Campus Police Department an appropriately sized and modern office space to better serve the Auraria Community as the campus grows with additional 24-7 operations including more housing for students and community members. The students centered classrooms, study area and lounge will be open to the campus community 24 hours a day to provide a safe space for students to study and gather after hours as well as opportunities to build positive connections between the ACPD and students.

The Modular buildings will be unavailable beginning in August 2025.
