Are you prepared for the unexpected? Join us for Emergency 101: Get Ready, Stay Ready, your all-in-one emergency preparedness event!

This event is open to students, faculty, and staff and is designed to help you Make a Plan, Build a Kit, and Stay Informed—all while having fun!

What’s Happening:

• Build Your Free Emergency Go Bag
  Customize a go bag with essential items like flashlights, first aid supplies, and more—free of charge!
• Connect with Experts
  Meet the Auraria Campus Office of Emergency Management, Community College of Denver Emergency Management, and CU Denver’s Emergency Management Division to learn about campus safety plans and preparedness resources. The Auraria Campus Police Department will also be on-site to answer questions and share how you can quickly connect with them during an emergency.
• Games, Swag & Prizes
  Play interactive games, grab safety must-haves, and score free swag—all while boosting your emergency know-how.

Preparedness doesn’t have to be intimidating. Come out, get your kit, enjoy activities, and leave feeling more confident and ready for anything.
