Power Outage Impacting Auraria Campus Buildings
Auraria Campus is currently experiencing a power outage related to an Xcel Energy outage in the area.
The outage is currently impacting the following campus locations:
- Administration Building
- 5th Street Hub
- Summit House
- Tivoli Student Union
- Lynx Crossing
- Street lights along 7th Street
Generators are operating in locations where backup power is available.
At this time, power is estimated to be restored by 3 p.m. today. Campus teams are continuing to monitor the outage and will provide updates as additional information here as it becomes available.
Please use caution when traveling through impacted areas of campus.
- Update 12:19 pm: Power is back on in the Admin building. Power back on in Tivoli, but internet remains out.
- Update 12:26 pm: Internet is back on in Tivoli Building.
- Update 1:11 pm: Power has been restored in all buildings.
