Auraria Campus Protest Updates

Please see below updates from the Auraria Campus stemming from the protests being held on campus starting April 25:

UPDATE MONDAY, MAY 20: Starting at 7 a.m., Wednesday, May 22, 2024, the Auraria Campus buildings will reopen with Campus ID access, unless otherwise posted, paving the way for the resumption of summer operations. Faculty, staff, and students are advised to coordinate with their respective institutions for additional guidance.

Following the abandonment of the encampment, cleanup efforts on the Auraria Campus Quad are now well underway. To ensure the swift restoration of the Campus, the Tivoli Quad, and all other green spaces will remain closed until further notice. This closure is necessary for property repairs and other essential work to normalize operations and for the Campus to focus on its academic mission.

Our utmost importance is placed on the safety of all students, staff, faculty, and visitors. Thank you for your continued patience as we work together to better our Campus community. Building hours can be found HERE.
