Boulder Creek Renovation
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Significant renovations to the Boulder Creek building to create a single facility to house the Community College of Denver’s (CCD) Health Sciences programs. The existing building will be fully renovated, and a new 9,484-square-foot addition will be constructed on the southeast side of the building. This project will house the departments of Dental Hygiene, Health and Wellness, Nursing, Phlebotomy/ Medical Assisting, Radiologic Tech, Surgical Tech, and Vet Tech.
The project will provide some much needed updates to the 50 year old building and bring all of CCDs Health Sciences programs to the same location to increase access to students and create program efficiencies. Once complete, the health sciences programs will serve additional students to help provide more trained professionals to work in Colorado’s health care industries.
Project Impacts & Updates
Starting March 24, 2025: Abatement activities will begin but several spaces will remain occupied: CCD architecture (will move to Cherry Creek in May 2025) and Cannabis Lab.
