Online Work Order Instructions
When you submit an online work order, you will have to input the following information:
- Name
- Phone number
- E-mail Address
- Account number: i.e., maintenance, general, corrective, etc.
- Customer: Choose your department or affiliation from the dropdown menu
- Facility: Choose from the dropdown menu
- Building: Choose from the dropdown menu
- Area: Choose from the dropdown menu
- Request: Write a brief description of the work that needs to be done
- Press Submit
After you submit the work order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please print a copy of the work request for your records.
