Online Work Order Instructions

Submit an online work order »

When you submit an online work order, you will have to input the following information:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • E-mail Address
  • Account number: i.e., maintenance, general, corrective, etc.
  • Customer: Choose your department or affiliation from the dropdown menu
  • Facility: Choose from the dropdown menu
  • Building: Choose from the dropdown menu
  • Area: Choose from the dropdown menu
  • Request: Write a brief description of the work that needs to be done
  • Press Submit

After you submit the work order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please print a copy of the work request for your records.
