Expansion of 7th Street Garage Permit Area

We are pleased to announce that the 7th Street Garage Permit Area is being expanded from 68 to 150 parking spaces to better serve the Auraria Campus Community.

The current permitted parking area, located on the first floor near the Walnut Street entrance, will remain in place and be extended to accommodate more vehicles.

A temporary setup of the expanded permit area will be in place before the start of the Fall Semester, with a permanent configuration to follow. This will also see the availability of 7th Street Garage Permits being expanded to match this setup.

This expansion is in direct response to feedback from the campus community requesting increased access to permitted parking.
