Parking, Sidewalks, & Streets

Parking

• The 11^th Street Meters between Walnut & Larimer along the Tivoli Quad will be offline from Nov. 3 – Jan. 9.
• The Walnut Meters between 10^th & 11^th will be offline from Nov. 10 – Dec. 29
• Upcoming Parking Lot Closures – Maple & Nutmeg Closed Dec. 12-13 for commencements- MORE INFO HERE
• The Boulder Creek Lot will be closed indefinitely starting Jan 1, 2026, due to the ongoing Boulder Creek building renovation.
  • Boulder Creek will also be closed for a project Monday-Tuesday, Dec. 15-16.
• Parts of the Almond Lot will be closed approximately Dec. 15-Jan. 15, and Dec. 19-21. Space will remain open for truck routes and service vehicles. Spaces affected can be found HERE.
• The Elm Lot will be partially closed from Dec. 20-Jan. 10. A map detailing the affected spaces is HERE.
• A small number of spaces in the Holly Lot next to St. Cajetan’s will be offline December 22. A map detailing the affected spaces can be found HERE.

Sidewalk & Street Closures

• The sidewalk between 11^th & Larimer will be closed for full load-in AND load-out for events on the Quad. The sidewalk will be offline all day Nov. 3 – 10 as well as Jan. 2 – 9.
• Walnut Street between 10^th & 11^th will be fully blocked to outside traffic from Nov. 10 – Dec. 29.
• Walnut Street between 11th and the east entrance of the Tivoli Garage will be closed Monday, November 10 – Sunday, January 3 for the events on the Quad.

Campus Accessibility Shuttle Stops

• The Boulder Creek and 9th Street Station shuttle stops have been closed due to partial fencing. These closures will remain in place through full fencing for the duration of the Boulder Creek project.
  • Alternate stop: Early Learning Center
• The Central Classroom shuttle stop will be closed due to safety concerns
  • Alternate stop: Cherry Creek building

RTD 11th and Auraria Bus Stop Closure

Due to the ongoing construction taking place in the lot east of the Tivoli Garage, the RTD bus stop located at 11^th Street and Auraria Parkway has been moved to 9^th and Auraria until at least the end August of 2026 – MORE INFO HERE

Holidays at Auraria

We are thrilled to be able to host two Denver holiday institutions in Christkindlmarket and Mile High Tree, right in the heart of campus on the Tivoli Quad, Nov. 21-Dec. 31! More details can be found HERE.
