Harry Potter: DroneArt Show – Campus Impacts | July 10–11

The Harry Potter DroneArt Show will be hosted on the Auraria Campus on Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11 at the Tivoli Quad. As a result, there will be temporary parking, traffic, and pedestrian access impacts on campus. Faculty, staff, students, and visitors are encouraged to plan ahead.

Parking Impacts

Spruce Lot and Dogwood Lot

  • Closed: Friday, July 10 & Saturday, July 11
  • These lots will not be available for daily parking.

Metered Parking
The following metered parking spaces will be unavailable July 9–12:

  • Walnut Street between 10th and 11th Streets (adjacent to Tivoli Quad)
  • 11th Street between Larimer Street and Walnut Street

Temporary Access Restrictions

For public safety during the drone performances, a temporary Exclusion Zone will be in effect.

July 10 & July 11
8:30–10:30 p.m.

During this time, pedestrian and vehicle access into or out of the RED “Exclusion Zone” will not be permitted.

Buildings and areas impacted include:

  • King Center
  • Plaza Building
  • PE/Event Center
  • Arts Building
  • Library

Lawrence Street Roundabout

  • Closed: 7:30–10:30 p.m. on July 10 & 11

Please allow extra travel time and plan your route accordingly if you will be on campus during these hours.
