Maple Lot and Cherry Creek Parking Closures Feb. 6-7

Maple Permit Holders and Community College of Denver Community

Please be advised that due to unforeseen construction activity in the area, the Maple Permit Lot and the Cherry Creek parking area will be closed on Friday, February 6 and Saturday, February 7, 2026.

Parking Accommodations for Maple Permit Holders

  • Maple Lot full-time and Friday-specific permit holders will be permitted to park in any daily rate parking space on campus during this closure period and will not be subject to citation.
  • In addition, affected Maple permit holders will receive two complimentary daily parking coupon codes valid throughout the 2026 calendar year. These coupons will allow free parking in any daily rate space and will be distributed via email.

Transportation Services for Accessibility Accommodations

  • Due to the accessibility spaces being closed in the Cherry Creek parking area, please be aware that Parking and Transportation Services runs a free shuttle service on Friday to the Cherry Creek building that is available to all.

Reopening Schedule

  • Parking facilities will remain closed through Friday and Saturday and will reopen on Sunday, ensuring there will be no impact to scheduled classes or campus operations on Monday.
