Recess Tivoli Coming to the Auraria Campus

Auraria Campus is excited to welcome Recess Tivoli, a new restaurant and gathering space coming to the historic Tivoli Student Union.

Recess Tivoli will occupy the former Quad Side Tavern and Tivoli Brewing space, bringing a refreshed dining experience to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and the broader Denver community.

The official opening date has not yet been finalized, but the team is working toward opening before the start of the Fall 2026 semester. Additional details, including hours of operation, menu offerings, student employment opportunities, and grand opening plans, will be shared as they become available.
