RTD EcoPass Malfunction Update

An automated email was sent from RTD to Auraria Campus EcoPass holders (for staff and faculty only) stating they had issued a transit pass to the MyRide accounts valid from the present day until 1/31/2030. However, the Auraria Campus EcoPasses is currently only good for the 2026 calendar year.

There have been multiple instances of passes showing as cancelled or invalid. RTD is aware of this issue, and has notified both the transit police and operators that there are ongoing issues with the Ecopasses right now, and employees should be able to ride as normal.
