Water Main Break at 5th Street & Walnut Street Impacts Campus Traffic

UPDATE AUG. 21:

Denver Water crews will perform beginning Monday, Aug. 24, at 7 a.m. Work will continue 24 hours a day until the repair is complete. We anticipate the work will take up to two days. If additional time is needed, we will provide updates accordingly.

Denver Water crews will be repairing underground infrastructure at the intersection of 5th Street and Walnut Street, resulting in a full closure of the intersection. No planned water outages are associated with this work. However, unforeseen emergencies could occur during the repair and will be communicated if necessary.
