Submit a Work Order
If you encounter something on campus that needs to be repaired or have a request that will make your life on campus a little easier, please let us know by submitting a work order.
Quick Requests and Notification:
If you see something broken that needs attention, please call Facilities Services at 303-556-3260 or send an email:
Let us know what needs to be fixed, or changed, which building the issue is in and exactly where (use room #s when possible). It is helpful to provide your phone number in case we have questions.
Online Work Order Request System:
Faculty and staff can also use the online work order request portal to submit and track requests for non-emergency maintenance, repairs, and/or assistance from Facilities Management. The online work order system allows you to receive automated email updates and track the progress of your work order.
Emergency Work Orders:
For facilities emergencies during business hours (e.g., gas smell, water pipe break, etc.), call 303-556-3260. For any after hours emergencies, call the Auraria Campus Police Department at 303-556-5000.
