Campus Impacts

Event Location and Perimiter

• Both events will be taking place on the Tivoli Quad, with the event perimeter denoted below in red.
• Please note that during load in and load out, there will be increased vehicles driving up to the event perimeter, so please be mindful when walking around this area.

Parking

• The 11^th Street Meters between Walnut & Larimer along the Tivoli Quad will be offline from Nov. 3 – Jan. 9.
• The Walnut Meters between 10^th & 11^th will be offline from Nov. 10 – Dec. 29

Sidewalk & Street Closures

• For MHT, the sidewalk between 11^th & Larimer will be closed for full load-in AND load-out. The sidewalk will be offline all day Nov. 3 – 10 as well as Jan. 2 – 9.
• Walnut Street between 10^th & 11^th will be fully blocked to outside traffic from Nov. 10 – Dec. 29.
